8^th Annual Volunteer and Donor Recognition Evening!

We invite you to celebrate the positive impact that mentoring makes in children’s lives. Join us on September 16^th to say thank you to our many dedicated volunteers and to award our volunteers of 2, 5, 10 and 15 years of service. It will be an evening of inspiration and a time to connect with other volunteers. In addition, a variety of special awards will be presented including Big & Little Brother of the Year, Big & Little Sister of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Youth of the Year and Local Business Partner of the Year.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Month!

Across Canada, September has been designated as Big Brothers Big Sisters Month! During this month we extend special thanks to our 1,600 volunteers for making a positive difference in the livesof the children and youth in our agency.

There are currently 300 children who are waiting for a mentor. Contact us today if you interested in volunteering. As little as 1 hour a week can make a world of difference in a child’s life.

young people in our programs experience the magic of everyday moments when they are shared with a friend. Everyone needs someone to laugh with, share a dream with, and just hang out... with friends it's the little things that mean the most.
