Peel Good Start Refugee Youth Program

BBBSP is offering the Conversation Club Program in collaboration with Brampton Multicultural Community Centre (BMC) as a component of the Peel Good Start Refugee Youth Project.  The Peel Good Start Refugee Youth Project supports refugee Newcomer youth in their settlement journey though one-to-one support and group mentoring sessions.

As part of the project, the Conversation Club Program is being offered at Bramalea Secondary School on Mondays from 11:15am-1:45pm.  The program focuses on English language development, social skill development, academic and post-secondary support, learning about Canada and increasing peer connections across cultures and their community.

We are looking for mentors!  Availability to volunteer during the school day is needed for this program.
